Victor Ventura. Web and multimedia developer for the IoT (Internet of Things)

I came to electronics from computing. Developing for the web everything looks like the Internet and I wanted to connect other things to the Internet besides computers.

When I started in electronics I was content with programming microcontrollers and now I not only want to program everything (yes, also PLC y PLD) but I am delighted designing and manufacturing circuits. I couldn't imagine that the design and prototyping process was going to hook me as much as programming.

The good thing is that I never get tired of learning new things. There are those who say that this works well if those things lead you to specialize, to focus on a branch of knowledge; I have more fun trying the fruits of almost all the branches that I find.

If you know me, this is going to seem normal to you. Although I have always been with programming in my hands, I started professionally in CAD, I did 3D modeling, for technical applications first and for video later; From the image processing tools that I learned about making videos, I moved on to graphic design tools (doesn't this also have a little to do with CAD?) and putting it all together I came up with multimedia, which finally found its place (mostly) on the web when it became interactive and programmable on the frontend. And now I return to CAD, on the one hand for EDA and on the other hand to make 3D models with which to prototype the mechanics of my assemblies. What does the circle come full circle?

Halfway along that path I came across free software and since then I have always tried to have it close by.

In addition to reading me on the website of polarity.es You can also follow what I write from time to time on the blog acadacual.es, check my profile at victorventura.es, which contains links to some of my articles on the web, or contact me by email at the address victor.venturaVictor Venturapolarity.es And if you are in Granada, like me, we can also see each other in person.
